Service Pricing

This is a listing of some of our Service plans. For more Comprehensive information and how we can tailor a solution to suit your needs please contact us.

Basic Service for small business: Starts at a minimun of $250 per month. Pricing is $100 per month + $25 per node; client must be small business consisting of no more than one server or ten (10) nodes including servers, workstations, laptops. With this service we will respond to service calls Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM excluding holidays and weekends.

Premium Service for small business:. Starts at a minimum of $500 per month. Pricing is $100 per server & $50 per node per month. With this service we will respond to service calls Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM And on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM excluding holidays and certain holiday weekends.

Copper Service: Designed as a basic service for medium sized businesses; Starts at a minimum of $500 per month; Pricing is $100 per Server & $50 per per node per month. With this service we will respond to service calls Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This service excludes holidays and weekends. With this service client will also recieve one regular routine visit per month for maintanence.

Bronze Service: Designed as a more comprehensive service for mid-sized businesses; Starts at a minimum of $800 per month. Pricing is $100 per server & $50 per node per month. With this service you we will respond to service calls Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This service excludes holidays and weekends. With this service our client will also get two regular routine visis per month.

Silver Service: For mid-sized businesses that want to include remote administration of their systems. This service includes the Bronze Service + remote administration set up. Starts at a minimum of $1000 per month + cost of setup. All other fees and services are the same as the Bronze Service.

Gold Service: For mid-sized businesses that need complete day time coverage. Starts at $1500 minimum per month. Pricing is $100 per server & $65 per node ,per month. With this service the client gets response to service calls Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays & Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This service excludes holidays. With this service our client will also recieve one to two routine visits per month.

Diamond Service: For mid-sized businesses that wish to include remote administration to their systems with the Gold Service. Starts at a minimum of $2000 per month + cost of initial setup. All other fees and services are as is in the Gold Service.

Platinum Service: Designed for mid-sized businesses that need complete coverage. Starts at $3200 minimum per month. Pricing is also at $100 per server & $65 per nonde, per month. With the Platinum Service we will respond to service calls 24 hours per day 7 days per 365 days per year. This service also includes remote services when needed, additional costs apply. Platinum clients also get three routine visits per month.

Virtual CIO/CTO: This service is meant for mid-size or larger businesses that have a need to oversee Large projects or coordinate in house or outsourced Information Technology resources. BCP: Business Continuity Planning - Risk Analysis evauation. In depth interviews conducted to gather business critical prcoesses and disaster planning. Make recommendations and work with client to implement an on going dynamic process to handle emegencies, local and large scale disasters.

All of our service plans require a one time set up fee. All hardware and software fees are additional. All prices are for services only.
